Mobility periods require special monitoring and support. Majorelle Mobility’s attorneys will assist you in preparing contract amendments, updating remuneration packages and contractual components according to the evolution of the assignments. In terms of payroll and social security coverage, we assist you in joining the various pension, company pension scheme (so-called “prévoyance”), additional top-up health insurance (so-called “mutuelle”), employee unemployment and family allowances schemes, in conjunction with the various competent bodies (“CFE”, “CRE-IRCAFEX”, “Pôle emploi services”, etc.).
